- Return Conditions
Unused Items: All returned items must be in an unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, retaining their original packaging and all tags.
Quality Issues: If the item you receive has quality issues (such as damage, stains, defects, etc.), you are entitled to request a return or an exchange.
Incorrect Size: If the item you purchased does not fit properly, you may request an exchange; however, please ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging. - Return Process
Submit a Return Request: Please submit your return request via our customer service email (clair@laceylight.shop). Include your order number, item details, reason for the return, and photos of the item (if the item has quality issues).
Return Confirmation: Upon receiving your return request, we will verify that the return conditions are met and provide you with the return shipping address along with detailed return instructions.
Ship Back the Item: Please ship the returned item to the return address we provide. Ensure the item is securely packaged and include your order number or return authorization slip.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment account. - Exchange Policy
If the item you receive has quality issues or does not fit properly, you may choose to exchange it. The item being exchanged must remain in an unused, unworn, and original-packaging condition.
The replacement item will be shipped out within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you a refund option instead. - Refund Processing Time
We will complete the refund process within 7 business days after confirming the return and receiving the item. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

If a return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. - Additional Notes on Returns and Refunds
